Now offering lifetime protection plans!
Our protection plans guarantee that if your hydrogen generator stops working, we will send you a replacement. The only thing you'll have to cover is the shipping fee.
Our lifetime protection plan covers a single replacement per plan. All protection plans must be purchased before confirmed delivery of your order. We apologize but there will be no further exceptions to this policy. No refunds will be offered on lifetime protection fees if you decide to return your order.

If in the less than 3% you decide to return you unwanted purchase. Open a ticket by emailing hello@ionbottles.com and request to start a return. We will ask for some additional information from you to verify your purchase, as well as understand what the reason for your return is. If a replacement requested, you will receive it within 7-14 days. Shipping charges may apply.
